Job Title: Regional Business Manager - Key Accounts

Glen Dimplex Heating & Ventilation is a leading provider of innovative heating and ventilation solutions. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Business Manager - Key Accounts to join our team.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute regional sales strategies to drive revenue growth and increase market share in the social housing sector.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key regional social landlords, wholesalers, and merchants to promote our products and services.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the social housing market, including new build and refurbishment projects.
  • Collaborate with local trade and social housing managers to develop and implement sales action plans aligned with regional business objectives.
  • Manage regional trading terms and commercial discussions with customers, ensuring alignment with business forecasts and pricing agreements.
  • Utilize CRM systems to track sales activities, quotations, and customer interactions, providing clear statistical management information to inform business decisions.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, building legislation, and regulatory standards impacting the social housing refurbishment sector, ensuring technical competency and providing expert advice to customers.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a sales or business development role, with a strong track record of driving revenue growth and building customer relationships.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate with key stakeholders.
  • Strong commercial awareness and financial acumen, with the ability to analyze data and make informed business decisions.
  • Computer literacy, with proficiency in CRM systems, MS Office, and other relevant software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a positive attitude and a willingness to adapt to changing circumstances.
