Job Title: Regional Business Development Manager

The Regional Business Development Manager will play a crucial role in shaping the company's strategy to penetrate the biopharma industry. This individual will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with local distributors and critical customers to maximize business growth.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing and sales strategy based on in-depth market analysis, customer behavior, and competitor activity.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to design and execute promotional events, such as webinars, seminars, and exhibitions, to increase brand exposure and customer engagement.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with local distributors, providing training and support to ensure successful sales outcomes.
  • Work closely with the sales team to achieve sales targets in regional markets.
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay up-to-date with industry trends.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree or above in a relevant field, such as life sciences, biotechnology, or pharmaceuticals.
  • Proven experience in business development or marketing and sales in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to work independently and handle pressure.
  • High-level problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and effective time management.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed business decisions.
