About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Support Specialist to join our team. As a Care Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to our service users in their own homes. Your primary focus will be on enhancing their independence, dignity, and overall well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide personal care support to service users, including assistance with medication, meal preparation, and light domestic duties.
* Develop and maintain effective relationships with service users, families, and other stakeholders.
* Work collaboratively with the care team to ensure seamless delivery of care services.
* Identify and report any changes in service users' needs or circumstances.

About You:

We are looking for an individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional care and support. You will have a strong understanding of the principles of empowerment and be able to work effectively in a team environment. Your excellent communication skills and ability to empathize with service users will be essential in this role.
