Care Support Worker

About the Role:
Candlelight Care is seeking a dedicated and caring individual to support vulnerable adults in their own homes within Street and the surrounding areas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide emotional and practical support to clients, assisting with personal care, domestic tasks, and food preparation.
- Assist with medication, use of mobility aids, and personal equipment as required.
- Report any significant changes in clients' health or circumstances to the Registered Manager.
