About the Role:

Candlelight Care is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Support Worker to join our team. As a Care Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing emotional and practical support to vulnerable adults in the comfort of their own homes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with personal care, domestic household tasks, and food preparation tailored to each individual's needs.
  • Support with medication, use of mobility aids, and personal equipment where required.
  • Report any significant changes in the health or circumstances of a client to the Registered Manager.
