Care Support Worker

Job Type(s): Full and part-time positions available with flexible shifts, including daytime, evening, and weekend hours.

Salary: Competitive hourly rate with paid travel time and mileage compensation.

Candlelight Care, a highly-regarded family-run home care provider, seeks dedicated and empathetic individuals to support vulnerable adults in their own homes within Street and surrounding areas.

We offer a range of full and part-time shifts, including daytime, evening, and weekend hours. Our team members work closely with clients to understand their needs and preferences, providing tailored support with daily living activities, personal care, and household tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build strong relationships with clients, understanding their interests and needs to deliver personalized support.
  • Assist with daily living activities, including personal care, medication management, and mobility assistance.
  • Support clients with domestic tasks, such as food preparation and household maintenance.
  • Monitor and report any changes in clients' health or circumstances to the Registered Manager.
