Support Worker for Young Person with Autism

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at UKCIL Ltd. The ideal candidate will have experience working with children with autism and learning disabilities.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide high levels of care and supervision to a 10-year-old non-verbal boy with autism and learning disabilities.
- Accompany the young person on social activities, outings, and educational events.
- Develop and maintain a safe and supportive environment that promotes independence and confidence.
A strong background in supporting individuals with autism or learning disabilities is essential. A car driver with their own vehicle is advantageous but not mandatory.
What We Offer:A competitive salary of £12 per hour, with a guaranteed minimum of 15 hours per week during term time and 20 hours per week during school holidays.
