Salary and Benefits

The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of £40,000 - £55,000 per year, plus additional benefits including annual leave, CPD allowance, VDS, RCVS and BVA fees paid, and more.

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Veterinary Surgeon to join our team. As part of our dynamic and collaborative environment, you will provide exceptional veterinary care to animals while working with a vibrant and growing team.

  • Perform routine examinations, diagnostics, and treatments on a variety of animals.
  • Conduct surgical procedures as needed, including spaying, neutering, and other minor surgeries.
  • Collaborate with veterinary nurses and support staff to ensure comprehensive care for patients.
  • Provide guidance and advice to pet owners on general care, feeding, and wellness.
  • Maintain accurate records of patient histories, treatments, and progress.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Veterinary degree from a recognized institution.
  • Valid veterinary license to practice in the UK.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
  • Compassionate and caring approach to animals.
