We Care Bespoke Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Family Time Support Specialist to join our team. This role involves working closely with children and their families/support teams, ensuring the children's safety while fostering an open-minded and flexible approach.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent planning, report writing, and record-keeping skills. They must also be able to identify and address potential risks of harm, escalating situations when necessary and collaborating with additional support teams to safeguard the children.

This position is part-time (Saturdays only), offering a competitive hourly rate (£50) along with holiday pay, a supportive office environment, pension benefits, and training opportunities for professional growth and development.

To be eligible for this role, candidates should have at least 12 months of experience working as a Family Support Worker or in a similar capacity. They must also demonstrate a deep understanding of family needs and have extensive experience working with families, children, and young people in professional settings, providing advice and support.
