We are seeking an experienced Learning Support Specialist to join our team at Long-term Teachers Ltd. The successful candidate will work with students in Key Stage 2, 3 and 4 who have Education Health and Care Plans.

The predominant need of the students is Social, Emotional, Mental Health needs, they work with students who have encountered challenges in mainstream settings. Our goal is to help students enjoy learning again, through a therapeutic approach.

As a Learning Support Specialist, you will be responsible for offering 1:1 support, delivering pre-planned lessons, monitoring students on break times and promoting their social and emotional development.

We estimate the salary for this role to be around £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.

This is a full-time position, working Monday to Friday, term time only, between the hours of 8:30am - 3:30pm. You will be required to drive or have access to a vehicle due to the remote locations of our sites.
