Job Description: Healthcare Education Specialist

At Scholars School System, we are seeking an experienced Healthcare Education Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our faculty, you will be responsible for designing and delivering high-quality educational programs in health and social care. Your expertise will help shape the next generation of healthcare professionals.

Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for teaching, learning, and related activities to support student academic experience. This includes managing all aspects of student academic journeys, maintaining accurate student records, and ensuring overall student progression. You will contribute to module and/or course leadership to maintain quality and achieve academic excellence. Additionally, you will contribute to the assessment process, design and development of innovative resources, and act as a personal academic tutor when required. You will also promote innovation and excellence in student education, maximize the benefits of digital resources, and ensure teaching meets SSS quality assurance processes and external quality standards.

Requirements:
We require a Master's degree in Health & Social Care or a health-related field. You must have UK teaching experience (minimum 12 months) and proficiency in using different technologies to deliver teaching and learning. Excellent organizational, project, and time management skills are essential. You should be able to think creatively and have demonstrated leadership qualities within an academic setting. Proficiency in English language, both spoken and written, is required. A commitment to creating an inclusive environment that promotes equality and supports diversity is essential.

Salary: £42,000 - £52,000 per annum (depending on qualifications and experience). Benefits: Trips away from the office may be required. Holiday entitlement is 28 days annual leave plus bank holidays. Up to £5k annual incentives pro-rata given quarterly on meeting KPIs upon successful probation period.
