Salary: £20,000 - £25,000 per annum.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist with menu planning and food preparation
- Prepare and present dishes to the highest standards
- Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to achieve operational goals
- Provide guidance and support to junior members of the kitchen team
- Previous experience in a culinary role
- Excellent cooking and presentation skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Basic math skills and accuracy when handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system
