Job Summary
This role involves providing cleaning services across Lancashire, including cover for absences and incidents at various locations such as Constabulary buildings, Care Homes, and County Council properties. As a specialist cleaner, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality services in line with regulations, ensuring the safe use of chemicals and equipment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide cleaning services across Lancashire, including cover for absences and incidents.
- Clean Police sites, adhering to bio-hazard protocols.
- Deliver a cleaning service that meets regulatory standards, using correct chemicals and equipment.
- Operate specialist cleaning equipment for varied surface types.
- Ensure safe working methods and take responsibility for health and safety.
- Perform key holding duties.
- Offer county-wide cover for cleaning services in Police, Care, and Corporate establishments.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you must have experience in cleaning and possess excellent organizational skills. You should also be comfortable working flexibly, including some on-call/standby duties, which are evenly shared within the team.
