Job Title: Care Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated Care Assistant to join our team at Belong Newcastle under Lyme. The successful candidate will provide exceptional care and support to our residents, working in a warm and friendly environment.

The role involves providing personal care, medication management, cooking, dementia care, activities, exercise, and uploading care plans.

  • Providing personal care and support to residents
  • Assisting with medication management and administration
  • Cooking and preparing meals for residents
  • Delivering dementia care and support programs
  • Organizing and participating in resident activities
  • Encouraging physical activity and exercise among residents
  • Uploading daily care plans and updates
