Job Summary:
We are currently recruiting for a Senior Care Assistant to work within our care homes. As a senior member of the care team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of care is delivered to our residents.
Your duties will include developing and implementing individual care plans, assessing resident needs, and collaborating with colleagues to achieve positive outcomes.
In exchange for your expertise, we offer a salary ranging from £12.52 to £13.27 per hour, depending on your qualifications. You will also receive employer pension contributions, recognition schemes, and opportunities for further education and training.
