About the Job

Active Care Group is a leading provider of specialist care services, and we are currently seeking a skilled Support Worker to join our team. Key Responsibilities:

  • Delivering personalized care and support to clients with disabilities
  • Assisting with daily living activities, including personal care and household tasks
  • Supporting clients with rehabilitation programs and increasing independence
  • Collaborating with other team members to ensure comprehensive care and support

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Full clean UK driving license and confidence to drive automatic vehicles

We offer a competitive salary of £13 per hour (weekdays), £14.04 per hour (weekends), and £9.35 per hour for sleep-in shifts. Our benefits package includes opportunities for career development, a supportive work environment, and a chance to make a real difference in people's lives.
