We are looking for a highly motivated and caring Senior Care Assistant to join our team at a reputable care home in Newcastle upon Tyne.
As a Senior Care Assistant, your main responsibilities will include:
- Developing and implementing individualized care plans for residents.
- Working closely with other care staff to ensure seamless delivery of care services.
- Maintaining accurate records of resident care and progress.
The successful candidate will receive a salary of £12.25 per hour, with an estimated annual salary up to £32,887.
RequirementsTo be considered for this role, you must hold an NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care and have previous experience working in a care environment.
