Care Team Member

We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our care team as a Care Team Member. In this role, you will work with adults who may have a learning disability, physical disability, or older people in a supported living environment.
The salary for this position is £11.97 per hour, with 30 hours of work per week. This equates to an estimated annual salary of approximately £24,498 based on a full-time schedule.
**Key Responsibilities:**
• Support tenants in maintaining and developing a variety of relationships.
• Assist tenants with cooking, cleaning, gardening, laundry, ironing, and household tasks.
• Provide spiritual support to tenants according to their needs and wishes.
**Essential Qualifications and Experience:**
• QCF/NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care or equivalent qualification.
• One year's experience of working in a caring environment directly with an adult client group.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work as part of a team.
• Committed to working within the Christian ethos of PCI.
