About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Healthcare Professional to join our team. As a key member of our care team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care to our residents, promoting their independence and dignity, and working collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to achieve the best possible outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality, person-centered care to our residents, including nursing, personal care, and support with daily living activities.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of individualized care plans, working closely with our multidisciplinary team.
- Participate in on-call and shift work, covering a 24/7 service.
- Contribute to the maintenance of a safe and clean environment, adhering to our infection control policies and procedures.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC).
- Experience of working in a care setting, preferably with older adults.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A commitment to delivering high-quality, person-centered care.
