Community Development Worker

We are looking for a Community Development Worker to join our team at FPSG. As a Community Development Worker, you will play a key role in delivering our services to achieve positive outcomes with and for children, young people, and families.
You will be responsible for coordinating our peer support network, delivering Dads playgroups and workshops, and contributing to the operation of our services. You will also be involved in reviewing and evaluating the peer support framework, seeking and monitoring feedback from volunteers and new Dads.
Responsibilities- Deliver Dads playgroups and workshops.
- Recruit, train, match, and support volunteers.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of our services and make recommendations for improvement.
- Work collaboratively with other teams to achieve our goals.
- Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
Salary: £25,269 per annum pro-rata, plus benefits.
Location: Edinburgh/Glasgow (happy to consider flexible working).
