Job Summary:
Mears Group PLC is seeking an experienced Community Outreach Worker to join our team. This exciting opportunity will see you working with a young gentleman in the community, helping him to overcome challenges and achieve his goals.

The ideal candidate will have physical fitness and the ability to manage challenging behaviour. They will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

About the Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting our service user with daily tasks, including day trips out, hobbies, and social activities. They will also be required to work closely with our team to ensure that our service user receives the best possible care.

Benefits:
We offer a competitive salary of £12.32 per hour, as well as a range of benefits, including cost of PVG covered, up to £20,000 life cover, SVQ level 2 after successful completion of your probation, and much more.
