Community Outreach Manager

We are recruiting a Community Outreach Manager to support our national engagement work in the Central Region. This role will involve coordinating the Connect Outdoors project, an educational hiking programme that aims to introduce new people from under-represented communities to wild places.
You will be responsible for leading on project delivery, monitoring and evaluation, safety and risk management, and stakeholder engagement. Additionally, you will contribute to the development of an EDI policy and action plan, integrating pro-environmental behaviours into our education programmes, and supporting cross-party working groups.
The ideal candidate will have demonstrated knowledge of responsible outdoor engagement and conservation, data analysis and reporting, and excellent interpersonal skills. We offer a competitive salary of £32,500 (Band C) and a range of benefits, including flexible working arrangements and opportunities for professional development.
