Community Development Specialist

We are seeking a Community Development & Social Enterprise Specialist to assist the Project Lead in delivering engaging sessions and activities for young people.
Main Responsibilities- Collaborate with the Project Lead to design and deliver programmes promoting integration and inclusion among young people.
- Consult with young people to ensure their needs and preferences are at the forefront of planning.
- Foster partnerships with local organisations to enhance programme effectiveness.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- A strong understanding of community development principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
This fixed-term position offers:
- A competitive salary of £30,000 per annum.
