Job Summary

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Records Management Specialist to assist with a records management project. The successful candidate will be responsible for sorting highly confidential records, including both digital and paper documents.

This is a temporary in-office position ideal for recent graduates or individuals looking to gain experience in the HR or Compliance field.

  • Perform quality checks to maintain document integrity and ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Utilize relevant software and tools to streamline the document management process and improve efficiency.
  • Conduct regular audits and assessments of records management practices to identify areas for improvement and ensure adherence to policies.
Key Responsibilities
  • Sort and organize highly confidential records, including digital and paper documents.
  • Use records management software and tools to track and manage documents.
  • Perform quality checks to ensure document integrity and compliance.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in records management or a related field, or recent graduate with pertinent internships or coursework.
  • Proficiency with records management software and tools, including MS Office Suite, Documentum, SharePoint, or similar systems.
  • Trusted to handle sensitive data and information responsibly.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects.
