Adult Learning Disability Support Associate

At Vetro Recruitment, we are currently seeking an experienced Adult Learning Disability Support Associate to join our team. As a member of our multidisciplinary professionals, you will be responsible for providing therapeutic care and support to individuals with autistic spectrum conditions and associated complex needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support residents in their progression towards living as independently as possible.
- Observe, monitor, and document patient conditions with care, dignity, and honesty.
- Provide individualized care plans to promote resident well-being and achievement of personal goals.
Requirements:
- A strong desire to create positive outcomes for adults with learning disabilities.
- An empathetic, caring, and resilient approach.
- At least 6 months' experience working in a social care setting.
- A current Enhanced DBS on the update service (or be willing to obtain one).
- The right to work in the UK.
- A valid driving license (essential due to rural location).
