About the Role
Vetro Recruitment is seeking a skilled Therapeutic Care Specialist to provide high-quality care and support to adults with learning disabilities. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents and contribute to their journey towards independence.

Job Description:
We offer a range of services that cater to the diverse needs of our residents, including supported living for adults aged 18+ with learning disabilities, mental health conditions, physical disabilities, or sensory impairments. As a Therapeutic Care Specialist, your role will involve assisting residents along their care pathways, helping them lead more independent and fulfilling lives.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide therapeutic care and support to individuals with autistic spectrum conditions and associated complex needs.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary professionals to develop and implement personalized care plans.
  • Support residents in their daily activities, promoting their independence and confidence.

Requirements:
  • At least 6 months' experience working in a social care setting.
  • A current Enhanced DBS on the update service (or be willing to obtain one).
  • The right to work in the UK.
  • A valid driving license (essential due to rural location).

Salary and Benefits:
  • A competitive salary of £13.96 per hour (including holiday pay).
  • Flexible contract options: temporary or temp-to-perm.
  • Ad hoc shifts available.
  • Weekly pay.
