Youth Care Specialist

As a Youth Care Specialist, you will play a vital role in supporting young people to achieve their full potential. Your responsibilities will include:
- Developing and maintaining positive relationships with young people.
- Providing individualized support and care to meet each young person's needs.
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive support.
- Maintaining accurate records of client progress and needs.
Your Skills and Qualifications
- A Diploma Level 3 in Young People's Workforce (or equivalent) is required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with electronic record systems.
