Teaching Support Professional

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Teaching Assistant to join our team, working closely with students with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities, including Autism and ADHD traits.
In this rewarding role, you will provide essential support to students, helping them achieve their full potential in a dynamic and inclusive learning environment.
Key Tasks:
- Assisting students with SEND in a variety of settings, from classrooms to extracurricular activities
- Working collaboratively with teachers to design and deliver personalized lesson plans and interventions
Requirements:
- Proven experience working with students with SEND, ideally in a Teaching Assistant or Learning Support Assistant capacity
- Current DBS clearance
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
Salary and Benefits:
- A competitive salary: £32,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
