Learning Support Professional

We are seeking an experienced Learning Support Professional to join our team at Ethicrecruit Limited. As a Learning Support Professional, you will work with students aged 6-16 who have Autistic Spectrum Disorder/Social, Emotional and Mental Health needs. You will be responsible for creating a supportive learning environment that fosters academic achievement and personal growth.
Job Description:
- Teach across the curriculum in a Primary model setting
- Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and other support staff to develop individualized education plans
- Provide one-on-one support to students as needed
Requirements:
- QTS or equivalent teaching qualification
- Experience working with students with special educational needs
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Salary and Benefits:
- Estimated annual salary: £35,000 - £45,000, based on experience and qualifications
