You will be working closely with experienced teachers and support staff to deliver tailored lesson plans and activities that cater to the unique needs of each student. Your contributions will help create a positive and inclusive learning environment that fosters growth, development, and confidence.

**Estimated Salary:** £20-£28 per hour (dependent on location and experience)

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with teaching staff to develop and implement individualized learning plans
  • Provide direct support to students with special educational needs during lessons and activities
  • Maintain accurate records of student progress and communicate effectively with parents and caregivers

**Requirements:**

  • Minimum 2 years of experience working in education or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
