About the Role:
  • As a Special Needs Educator, you will be responsible for teaching and supporting students with profound autism and challenging behavior.
  • You will work closely with a team of dedicated professionals to ensure that every student receives the best possible education and care.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Teaching and supporting students with profound autism and challenging behavior in a collaborative environment.
  2. Leading and managing a team of Support Staff to ensure effective learning and support.
  3. Contributing to the development and continuous improvement of the school environment and educational practices.
Requirements:
  • Experience working with children and young people with profound autism and challenging behavior.
  • Proven ability to manage and lead a team of Support Staff.
  • Enthusiasm, creativity, and a genuine interest in advancing in the field of autism education.
  • Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people.
Salary and Benefits:

The salary for this position is £33,075-£50,471 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits, including ongoing professional development opportunities and access to excellent training programs.
