About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Senior Residential Support Worker to join our team at Kisimul Group Ltd. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about working with children and young adults with complex needs.

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and delivering innovative recreational events within the home and wider community. They will also contribute positively to care planning and participate supportively in reviews, demonstrating a sound knowledge of nutrition and hygiene.

In addition, they will contribute to the training and development of the staff team, including their own personal development and highlighting any training needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, implement, and deliver a wide range of recreational events within the home and wider community.
  • Contribute positively to care planning and participate supportively in reviews.
  • Develop and deliver training programs for staff.
Requirements:
  • Diploma Level 2 in Health & Social Care or equivalent experience.
  • Experience of providing care and support to young adults, ideally those with disabilities, autism, and complex needs.
  • Competent written and oral communication skills, including computer literacy.
