Primary SEN Support Worker

We are excited to announce an opportunity for a Primary SEN Support Worker to join our team at Randstad Education. As a Primary SEN Support Worker, you will provide critical support to students with special educational needs in a primary school setting.
Salary: This role offers a competitive annual salary range of £21,216 - £23,868, equivalent to £24,960 - £28,080 FTE.
Job Overview:
This position involves working closely with teachers and other support staff to ensure that students receive the best possible support and care. You will be responsible for creating a safe and inclusive learning environment, promoting independence and self-confidence in students.
Responsibilities:
- Supporting students with SEN in a primary school setting
- Developing and implementing individualized support plans
- Collaborating with teachers and other support staff to achieve student outcomes
- Providing emotional and behavioral support to students as needed
Requirements:
- Degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant field (e.g., education, psychology)
- Experience working with children with SEN
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
