SEN Class Teacher

We are seeking a highly skilled SEN Class Teacher to join our team at Academics Ltd. As a specialist in primary education, you will be responsible for creating engaging lesson plans and delivering high-quality teaching to students with Autism.
The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of effective communication techniques and the ability to implement them in a classroom setting. They will also possess excellent interpersonal skills, enabling them to work closely with colleagues, parents, and other professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for our students.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver tailored lesson plans that cater to the diverse needs of our students
- Implement evidence-based strategies to promote student engagement and motivation
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement school policies and procedures
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and adapt teaching methods accordingly
Requirements:
- BA/BSc in Primary Education or related field
- Specialist training in Autism or related condition
- Proven experience in teaching students with complex needs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
