About the Job

In this role, you will work as part of a multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality care and support to children and young people with acquired brain injuries. You will be responsible for delivering individualised care plans, working collaboratively with other professionals to achieve the best possible outcomes for our clients.

Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality care and support to children and young people in our specialist centre or community settings.
  • Develop and implement individualised care plans, in collaboration with other professionals.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • Relevant qualifications in health and social care, such as a Regulated Qualifications Framework Level 3 (Residential Childcare) or QCF Level 3 Diploma in Health and Social Care.
  • Previous experience working with children and young people with disabilities and complex health needs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
