Clinical Support Worker for Children's Services

**Job Description:**
About the RoleWe are seeking a highly motivated and caring individual to fill the position of Children's Support Assistant. This role requires you to provide exceptional care and support to children and young people with complex needs, ensuring their well-being and promoting their development.
Main Responsibilities- Provide direct care and support to children/young people, adhering to their individualized care plans.
- Contribute to creating a stimulating and age-appropriate environment that meets the care, education, and therapy needs of children/young people.
- Participate in recreational activities and outings with children/young people, fostering a sense of community and social interaction.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and high-quality care.
- A commitment to complete the Regulated Qualifications Framework Level 3 (Residential Childcare) within two years of employment.
- National Vocational Qualification (NVQ) / Regulated Qualifications Framework (formerly QCF) Level 2.
- Previous experience working with children/young people with disabilities and complex health needs.
