We are seeking a skilled Children's Healthcare Specialist to join our team as a Bank Children's Care Worker. This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated individual to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, contributing to the rehabilitation, education, and therapy needs of our clients.

About the Position

In this role, you will work as part of a multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality care and support to children and young people with acquired brain injuries. You will be responsible for developing and implementing individualised care plans, working collaboratively with other professionals to achieve the best possible outcomes for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality care and support to children and young people in our specialist centre or community settings.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of individualised care plans, in collaboration with other professionals.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • Relevant qualifications in health and social care, such as a Regulated Qualifications Framework Level 2 or 3 (Residential Childcare) or NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health and Social Care.
  • Previous experience working with children and young people with disabilities and complex health needs.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
