Join Our Team as a Paediatric Nurse
We are a leading specialist centre for children with acquired brain injury, providing expert rehabilitation, education, and therapy services. As a paediatric nurse on our bank team, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our patients and their families.

About the Role
This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, where you can develop your skills and expertise in paediatric nursing. You will be working alongside a multidisciplinary team to provide holistic care, addressing the physical, emotional, and educational needs of our patients.

Main Responsibilities
- Develop and implement individualized care plans for patients, ensuring their needs are met 24/7
- Work collaboratively with healthcare professionals to deliver seamless care and support
- Build strong relationships with patients, families, and colleagues, promoting a culture of open communication and teamwork

Requirements
- Registered Nurse qualification and experience working with children and young people with complex disabilities
- Ability to demonstrate empathy, patience, and understanding when interacting with patients and families
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships

Benefits

Salary
The estimated salary for this role is £40,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
