We are seeking a Senior Residential Care Leader to join our team at SGS Care Ltd in Surrey. As a key member of our care team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care and support to children and young people.

About the Role

The estimated salary for this role is £40,000 - £50,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to lead a team of residential workers and oversee placement plans, risk assessments, and policies. You will work closely with our management team to ensure the highest standards of care are maintained.

You will have:

  • NVQ Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare or equivalent
  • At least 2 years' experience in Residential Childcare working with young people
  • 22 years old or older, valid UK driving licence
