Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Chief Executive Assistant Lead to provide high-level administrative support to our Chief Executive and Executive Directors. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our organisation.

Responsibilities:
  1. Provide exceptional diary management, travel arrangement, and project tracking services to the Chief Executive.
  2. Support the Executive team in communications, administration, and meetings, including taking notes and diarising actions.
  3. Arrange Board and sub-committee meetings, ensuring timely preparation and follow-up.
  4. Support the Chair and the Board of Trustees with travel arrangements and general enquiries.
  5. Collaborate with the Events & Operations Manager to execute key events in the annual calendar.
  6. Manage and respond to general enquiries, including telephone calls and correspondence received.
  7. Prepare letters, emails, and briefings, maintaining confidentiality when required.
  8. Organise and facilitate meetings at the London office, providing refreshments and room preparation as needed.
  9. Assist in producing key charity documents, such as impact reports and updates to our President.
Requirements:
  • A good degree from a well-recognised university or equivalent.
  • Previous relevant experience and good references.
  • Proven understanding of working with confidential material.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Professional, courteous, and engaging manner and good people skills.
  • Self-starter, able to work on own initiative.
  • Good organisational skills and ability to manage and prioritise a demanding and diverse workload.
  • Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines.
Benefits:
  • The post will be based in London, with occasional requirement to travel.
  • The King's Foundation operates a Work from Home Policy where up to two days per week may be worked from home, if required.
  • You must have the legal right to work in the UK.
Estimated Salary:

The estimated salary for this role is £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience.
