At WTW, we are the global leader in executive compensation consulting, with over 500 consultants worldwide. Our consultancy services are centred around different topics within the ECBA sphere and cover a broad range of disciplines including strategy, corporate governance, performance management, ESG, finance, HR, and psychology.
We partner with clients to determine the most suitable solution to their issues. As a Senior Executive Compensation Strategist, you will be part of a multinational team, developing business and delivering both regional as well as international projects.
You will plan, design, and implement Executive Compensation and incentive programs for both existing and new clients. You will nurture the business network across various business lines and geographies, while leading a team of highly talented junior and mid-level colleagues.
In a changing market with expanding board agendas, you will be the trusted client partner (including C-Suite, RemCo and Board) on all types of executive compensation topics. You will partner together with other Senior Directors on top tier cluster clients and be in the lead on clients and projects.
The GB & Ireland Executive Compensation and Board Advisory team provides advice regarding (and to) the Remuneration Committee, Board of Directors, Executive Committee and Senior Management population of the largest and most well-known UK listed companies as well as many privately owned and unique organisations.
For this role, we are looking for colleagues that are willing to further develop, coach and mentor talent to improve team performance, while building and developing diverse teams.
This is an excellent opportunity to grow your career with a global market leader, where your work will make a valuable difference to our clients and colleagues.
