We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Helpdesk/Facilities Co-Ordinator to join our team. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for managing our CAFM system, allocating work to relevant teams, and providing administrative support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the CAFM system and allocate work to relevant teams
- Provide administrative support to the facilities team
- Monitor mailboxes, CAFM, and booking systems to support a 24/7 business operation
- Manage a fleet of pool vehicles and book electric charging
- Deal with third-party contractors and suppliers
Requirements:
- Good computer skills with knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, including Excel and Outlook
- Ability to communicate at all levels with strong customer service skills
- Great team player with a can-do attitude and ability to work independently
- Well-organized and skilled in effective time management
- Experience with Helpdesk and CAFM systems is desirable
