Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced retail leader to join our team as a Store Manager. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading and developing a high-performing team, driving sales growth, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop a team of department managers to achieve business objectives
  • Drive sales growth through effective merchandising, inventory management, and customer engagement
  • Ensure exceptional customer service through effective training and coaching of team members
  • Manage store operations, including financial management, inventory control, and store presentation
  • Collaborate with the department management team to achieve company KPIs

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a retail management role, preferably in a supermarket or retail environment
  • Proven track record of leading high-performing teams and driving sales growth
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong financial and analytical skills, with ability to manage budgets and forecasts
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
