Senior Leadership Position: English Lead

We are seeking an experienced and innovative teacher to join our senior management team at Clearview Primary. The successful candidate will lead our English department and be responsible for implementing Structured Literacy practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of 8 classroom teachers in the senior school
  • Implement Structured Literacy practices across the school
  • Collaborate with other teachers to develop and implement curriculum
  • Model reflective practice and lead learning

Requirements:

  • Strong leadership and collaboration skills
  • Excellent organisational and interpersonal skills
  • Deep understanding of current best practices in teaching and learning
  • Commitment to Structured Literacy practices
