Duty Manager at KSU Coop: Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Duty Manager to lead our Coop Union Plaza store on the Canterbury campus. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, delivering excellent customer service, and maintaining high store standards.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing a team, driving sales, and improving operational efficiency. You will be responsible for ensuring that our stores remain safe and secure for all customers and staff, and that our team members receive the training and support they need to succeed.
We are looking for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences, has excellent communication and leadership skills, and is able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the Coop Union Plaza store
- Drive sales growth through effective merchandising, promotions, and customer engagement
- Lead and motivate a team of staff to deliver excellent customer service and store standards
- Ensure the store remains safe and secure for all customers and staff
- Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs
