Key Responsibilities:
- Manage store operations to ensure efficiency and profitability
- Deliver excellent customer service and maintain high customer satisfaction
- Conduct HR duties, including recruiting, hiring, training, and performance management
- Liaise with various departments to ensure seamless operations
- Monitor inventory levels and maintain a clean and presentable store
Requirements:
- Minimum 1-2 years' experience in a managerial or supervisor role in the food and beverage industry
- Able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, or holidays
- Legally eligible to work in the UK
- Strong leadership and customer management abilities
