Job Summary
We are seeking a Store Operations Manager to oversee daily store operations, ensuring efficiency and profitability. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership and customer management skills, with a minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a managerial/supervisor role in the fast-paced food/beverage industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Manage store operations, including inventory management, ordering, and maintaining quality standards.
- Conduct HR duties, such as recruiting, hiring, training, and performance management.
- Oversee store administration, setting sales quotas and KPIs, and managing sales and financial reports.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements, maintaining a clean and safe store environment.
- Develop a high-performing team, promoting growth and improvement.
- Respond to customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner.
- Train and educate team members on drink preparation and policies.
- Manage and create content for social media platforms.
Requirements
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a managerial/supervisor role in the fast-paced food/beverage industry.
- Able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, or holidays.
- Strong leadership and customer management abilities.
