About the Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Stock Management: Oversee stock levels, manage inventory, and maintain a clean and organized store environment.
  • Sales Growth: Develop and execute plans to increase sales, drive revenue growth, and achieve sales targets.
  • Store Operations: Ensure the store is running smoothly, and all operational tasks are completed efficiently.
Requirements
  • Leadership Experience: Proven track record of leading high-performing teams in a retail or hospitality environment.
  • Customer Service: Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to resolve customer complaints effectively.
  • Stock Management: Strong stock management skills, with the ability to manage inventory and maintain a clean store environment.
  • Sales Growth: Ability to develop and execute plans to increase sales and drive revenue growth.
  • Store Operations: Strong operational skills, with the ability to manage store operations efficiently.
