At Zest Business Group, we are currently seeking a highly skilled Senior Optical Sales Professional to join our team in the South West England region. This exciting opportunity will see you representing our global leader in eye care solutions, focusing on the development of profitable growth in value and volume according to our agreed budget.

The role will involve increasing market share via business consulting and building long-term relationships with existing and new customers, across a mix of independent opticians, small regional/key accounts, and national retail opticians.

  • This role requires the ability to work on own initiative in a fast-paced business, where every order counts and planning and preparation is key to success.
  • The successful candidate will have the ability to open new accounts and manage relationships to grow the business from an early start.
  • New business development as well as taking care of and growing the existing customer base in what has the opportunity to be one of our clients biggest revenue sales regions is both exciting and challenging.

We are looking for a Regional Sales Manager - Optical Sector with previous experience in the optical industry (Dispensing Optician/Practice Manager) and ideally B-2-B sales experience in a closely-related industry.

The ideal candidate will be tenacious, hungry, passionate for success, and have the ability to grow within the company.
