Regional Sales Manager Job Summary

Zest Business Group is seeking a highly motivated Regional Sales Manager to join our team in South West England. As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing profitable growth in value and volume according to the agreed budget. You will also be responsible for increasing market share via business consulting and building long-term relationships with existing and new customers.

Key Responsibilities:
• Represent the company in the designated territory
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives
• Build and maintain relationships with existing and new customers
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve sales goals

Requirements:
• Previous experience in the optical industry (Dispensing Optician/Practice Manager)
• Ideally B-2-B sales experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work on own initiative in a fast-paced business
• Ability to open new accounts and manage relationships to grow the business
